Warranty Policy
Subler fully stands behind the quality of the products we sell. All products purchased from us are covered by a one-year warranty starting from the day the original order is received. This warranty is valid provided the product has not been subjected to misuse or alterations by anyone other than an authorized Subler representative.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for any shipping charges related to warranty repairs.
- When returning items for warranty claims, please use a shipping method that provides tracking. We cannot process packages without tracking information.
- Slight irregularities, variations in craftsmanship, or natural characteristics (including internal inclusions in colored gemstones) are unique to each item. These are considered part of the product's character and are not considered defects.
- Subler reserves the right to void the warranty if items show signs of modification, abuse, or damage beyond "normal usage," as determined by our quality professionals.
Our Quality Assurance Team inspects every item before shipment to ensure that you receive a high-quality product.
