First of all, if there’s a serious damage for the parcel package, just refuse to sign for that, we will fully refund you or replace one for you as soon as possible; But if the package is fine but the item is broken & can’t use, please take photos as evidence. we will take best care based on such issue.

We accept return & exchange during 30 days since you receive our product. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

OEM & ODM available. We offer custom services including custom logos and custom colors. 

If it is the common products we have in stock, then we can provide for free, you just need to pay the express freight. If make the customized samples, you need to pay the extra sample fees.

For existing samples, it takes 15 days. They are free. If you want your own designs, it takes 20 days, subjet to you designs whether they need new printing screen, etc.
