We primarily ship to the United States from our U.S. warehouses.
For the following regions, orders will be shipped from our China warehouse:

2. Where Are We Shipping From?
Orders will be shipped from either our U.S. warehouse or Mainland China, depending on your order details and shipping destination.
3. How Long Will Delivery Take?
Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Processing Time
- Processing times vary depending on the product.
- Popular styles are typically shipped within 48 hours.
- Engraved or custom orders may take longer and depend on specific order details.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.
Shipping Time
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days for orders from our U.S. warehouse.
- Custom or Special Items: 25-45 days for shipments from China.
- Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances, but we are committed to getting your products to you as soon as possible.
4. What Are the Shipping Methods?
- Orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx, depending on the destination.
- All packages come with tracking numbers, allowing you to monitor your delivery status.
5. What Are the Shipping Charges?
We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping for all orders.
6. Are Customs Charges Included?
- Products shipped from U.S. warehouses or Mainland China include customs fees.
- For express deliveries to the United States, customs clearance fees are included for shipments under $500. For shipments over $500, customs fees are not included, and you will be responsible for paying them at local customs.

8. What Happens If I Refuse Delivery?
- Packages refused or not received due to negligence on the recipient’s part will be refunded once received by our warehouse. The refund will be issued minus the cost of shipping to and from the destination, as well as any applicable duties and taxes.
- Important: Return charges can be unexpectedly high in some cases. We recommend avoiding package refusals.
